Cyan Raccoon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes. All software, logos, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Cyan Raccoon.3. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." Cyan Raccoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications.4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is between you and Cyan Raccoon only, not with Apple. Cyan Raccoon is solely responsible for the licensed application and its content.2. Scope of License
The license granted to you for the application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.3. Maintenance and Support
Cyan Raccoon is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the application as required by applicable law.4. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
